Our Approach

Work Allocation

Initiating your project is made convenient through email, phone calls, or virtual Google Meet discussions. These interactions help us tailor the most suitable service to your needs.

After our initial consultation, you'll receive a comprehensive quotation in 5 to 7 business days. Should you decide to proceed, we'll provide a formal contract outlining the work scope, agreed pricing, and completion timeline.

Once this contract, or service agreement, is mutually agreed upon and signed, a 30% deposit based on the quoted price will be required. This deposit confirms commitment before project activities start, ensuring transparency and professionalism as we deliver the services you need.

For your convenience, we offer up to two complimentary adjustments should they be required. However, any further adjustments beyond this allowance will be subject to an hourly fee applicable for the duration of the work. Please note that a minimum one-hour charge will apply for additional adjustments.

Face-to-Face Meetings

In-person meetings can be arranged upon request, and we offer three options to accommodate your preferences. We are pleased to conduct virtual meetings using Google Meet, or alternatively, we are prepared to travel to your location for a face-to-face discussion.

For in-person meetings, our willingness to travel extends up to 200 kilometers each way from our base. It's important to note that there is a travel cost associated with this service, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the meeting.

Should air travel be necessary for the meeting, we are open to discussing and negotiating the arrangements with you to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Your convenience and satisfaction are paramount, and we are committed to accommodating your needs while maintaining a professional and effective communication approach.

“We endeavor to maintain clear communication and reasonable response times; please expect a response within 24 hours for phone calls and 2-3 business days for emails.”
